Digital Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Optimize website content, structure, and technical aspects to improve organic search rankings and visibility on search engines.
  • Search Engine Marketing (SEM): Develop and manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns using platforms like Google Ads to drive relevant traffic and achieve conversion goals.
  • Social Media Advertising: Create and manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook and Instagram to reach and engage the target audience effectively.
  • Audience Targeting: Define and refine target audience segments based on demographics, behaviors, and interests to optimize campaign reach and impact.
  • Facebook Pixel: Implement and manage the Facebook Pixel for tracking user interactions, enabling accurate measurement of campaign performance and audience behavior.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Generate regular reports on campaign performance, website analytics, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Conversion Optimization: Continuously refine and enhance landing pages, ad copy, and user journeys to improve conversion rates and overall campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborative Strategy: Work closely with the marketing team to align digital efforts with broader marketing strategies and initiatives.
  • Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with digital marketing trends, industry developments, and emerging technologies to suggest innovative strategies.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, and social media advertising.
  • Familiarity with Facebook Pixel implementation and tracking.
  • Proficiency in managing content through WordPress or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and generate insights.
  • Excellent communication skills for reporting and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, etc.

Salary: AED2,000.00 – AED8,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
